Diablo Tropical Mojito

Ingredients

DIABLO Ginger Beer

30ml BLACK COCKATOO Coconut Rum

30ml BIG PINEAPPLE Liqueur

3 Squeezed Fresh Lime Wedges

6 Clapped Fresh

Mint Leaves

15ml Fresh Lime Juice

20ml Pineapple Juice

Fresh Passionfruit Pulp

Method

In a hurricane or tall glass add the Black Cockatoo Coconut Rum, Big Pineapple Liqueur, pineapple juice, fresh lime, clapped mint and lime juice. Fill with ice again and top with Diablo. Drizzle passionfruit pulp around the glass. Mint sprig and dehydrated pineapple wedge for garnish
